The tiles to the left have not been fired.  Once they are fired they will look like the tiles below.  Can you find the lady's face in the middle of the three below in the mix of all of the faces to the left?  (*hint: look in the second row.)  This shows how different the glazes look before they are fired.  Some glazes are similar in color and others are totally different after the firing process.
